Our Contract with You

We know how important your event is to you. So that you can relax and know that we are really committed to performing at your event, and so that we both have all the crucial information we need, we provide you with a written contract.

You can view and download a blank contract [PDF you can type into] from our web site, or we can email or mail one to you. When you make a decision to hire us, just fill out the contract and mail it to us with a $50 deposit to secure us for the date and time of your wedding or event.

If you are undecided, just let us know the date and approximate time of your wedding or event and we will contact you before accepting any other engagement for that time so that you have "first dibs". Just email us to find out if we're available on the date you need.

We have never cancelled an engagement; we always show up on time. If you hire us, you can feel confident that the music part of your wedding will go smoothly, and focus on other details. We will help you select music for processionals and recessional if you like.

In the event that one or two of our usual members have a scheduling conflict, we substitute other musicians of equal caliber.
